Do I have to get certified more than once, if I use a new report or move companies? No, once you have successfully completed the certification process, you are authorized to use our tools forever. Advanced certification training and refresher webinars are available for continuous learning.

HOGAN DEVELOPMENT SURVEYDark side of personality: qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, derail peoples’ chances of success.
MOTIVES, VALUES, PREFERENCES INVENTORYDescribes personality from the inside: core goals, values, drivers, interests that determine what we desire/strive to attain.
