Licensed I/O psychologists and Hogan experts with decades of combined experience helping organizations make better talent decisions.

Paul Connolly, Ph.D.

Founder

Paul established Performance Programs in 1987 to deliver workplace surveys and executive assessments to organizations seeking to improve individual and organizational performance.

His expertise spans organizational measurement, survey design, 360-degree feedback, and leadership development. He co-authored 360-feedback instruments with Dr. Clark Wilson and collaborated with sports psychologist Dr. Jim Loehr on the application of performance psychology to business leadership.

Paul is a licensed psychologist and is a member of both the Association for Psychological Science and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He graduated from Holy Cross College and earned both an M.A. and Ph.D. in general psychology from Fordham University.

Kirsten Mosier, M.A.

Managing Director

Kirsten focuses on leadership development, high-potential identification, and succession planning initiatives for PPI clients across a range of industries.

She previously served as Finance Sector Lead at Aon's North American Assessment Solutions practice and as Senior Consultant and Master Trainer at Hogan Assessment Systems, where she developed deep expertise in the practical application of personality data to talent decisions.

Kirsten also teaches psychology and I/O psychology courses at the university level, bringing academic rigor to her consulting work.

Mike Sanger

Managing Director

Mike brings a strong HR and quality assurance background to his work at Performance Programs, with extensive international experience that distinguishes him as a global practitioner.

He managed senior executive selection programs in Shanghai and oversaw Hogan's Asia-Pacific distribution network, developing a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural applications of personality assessment.

Mike has contributed articles to the Harvard Business Review and consulting psychology journals, and regularly advises clients on the intersection of data-driven talent practices and organizational culture.

Matt Gronowicz

Senior Program Manager

Matt serves as the technical lead at Performance Programs, driving IT strategy, product development, and the design and delivery of the firm's software solutions and client-facing platforms.

He oversees the full technology lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution architecture through development, testing, and ongoing application support. Acting as the primary IT business analyst, Matt bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that every system and product decision is grounded in both client requirements and operational reality.

Matt works closely with clients and internal teams on technical integrations, custom reporting, and platform enhancements, bringing a hands-on approach to problem-solving that keeps PPI at the forefront of assessment technology.

Finance Manager

Trisha manages the financial operations of Performance Programs, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the firm.

She plays a key role in ensuring that day-to-day financial processes run smoothly, supporting both the leadership team and client-facing operations with accurate and timely financial data.

Trisha's work ensures Performance Programs maintains the fiscal discipline and operational efficiency that underpins its ability to serve hundreds of organizations worldwide.
