Internal Churn
We've been busier than usual working on the business this first half of the year. From an expanded portfolio of innovations to AI-supported upgrades, the PPI team is ahead of schedule with 2026's goals and objectives. These include an update to our data-cycling system and new report options. We also have a rebranded website on the way. More on that soon. Until then…

Advice for Avoiding Trouble: Sr. Manager, Expectations
Are you an introvert? An extravert? An ambivert who tends to over-assert? It really doesn't matter. Because whatever your social proclivities, each one of us realizes our happier self by having meaningful relationships. People need connection. We need love. And we all need friends. No matter how we express that. Or even if we don't express it at all.

Coaching Corner
Dear Prudence,
I just switched jobs, and it feels like my new coworker, Sina Kull, automatically looks down on my contributions. I try to come up with new and creative ways to grow the business whenever it's appropriate. But every time Sina just poo-poo's my proposals. "That'll never work!" she even said directly in our last discussion. How am I expected to get her buy-in when she's always being so negative?
Seeking a new horizon,
Jen Eratesideas
Dear Jen,
You take me back to my brief stint at the Tiffany's Table Manners for Teenagers Prep School. I was a fresh-faced newbie with an entrepreneurial spirit. Another faculty member, Miss Trusting, was none too pleased. With each structural update I suggested, there was a head shake. I came to be known as a change-monger. Then I read the HDS Subscale Guide. I learned Miss Trusting often felt mistreated, and appreciating that helped me find ways to improve our relationship. Sina might have more of a "verify, then trust" attitude, which begs the inquiry: Are there opportunities for more focused credibility building? Perhaps offering support on an initiative she's leading could inch you closer toward her inner circle.
Stay on track,
Prudence
Leadership Development News
Get a more well-rounded view with the PPI Senior Leader 360
Wouldn't it be great if 360 dashboards were interactive in ways that helped a coach tell the story? And if everyone included had to answer: "What more could you do to help this person develop on the opportunities you identified, or make things easier for them?" We thought so too — because the feedback experience and rater accountability matter. We also wanted well-phrased, relevant items with validated benchmark comparisons and an easier way to assess overused strengths. So, we did that too. Did we mention it's quick and customizable? Want to know more about how the PPI 360 supports Senior Leaders?
Get Into the 360 Groove
Join us for a demo on how our interactive dashboard helps unpack a person's 360 results. You'll learn how to layer information and build out the story by prompting rater groups one at a time while integrating "push" factors that can bring out overused strengths.
