About This Workshop
This certification course teaches professionals to interpret three core Hogan personality assessments: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values & Preferences Inventory (MVPI). The program covers the "bright side" of personality strengths, potential career derailers, and values that influence organizational fit and leadership approach. Three mandatory pre-work components must be completed before the workshop: complete the three assessments, receive your personal feedback results, and finish the Pre-Workshop Learning Module.
