Even high-performing teams can drift into unproductive patterns over time. PPI's established team sessions use Hogan data to surface the personality dynamics driving friction, disengagement, or performance plateaus — and build a plan to address them.

What an established team session includes

A diagnostic and developmental approach to reigniting team performance.

Team Assessment

All team members complete the Hogan battery, including any members who may not have previously been assessed.

Team Diagnostic

PPI analyzes team patterns to identify key dynamics, tension points, and collective blind spots before the session.

Facilitated Session

A facilitated half or full-day session that uses data to surface team dynamics and generate honest, productive conversation.

Action Planning

The team leaves with a shared set of commitments and behavioral agreements grounded in their personality data.
