What a team launch session includes

A structured facilitated experience that gives new teams a head start on understanding and collaboration.

Individual Assessment

Each team member completes the Hogan battery to establish a personality profile.

Team Profile Report

An aggregate team report that visualizes the team's collective personality landscape — strengths, risks, and blind spots.

Facilitated Team Session

A half or full-day facilitated session where team members share insights and discuss implications for how they work together.

Norms Development

The session concludes with the team establishing shared norms and communication agreements grounded in their personality data.
