A thorough individual development experience built around three validated instruments.
Full Hogan Battery
HPI, HDS, and MVPI assessments completed online, typically in under one hour total.
Individual Report Package
Comprehensive reports for each instrument, written for the individual rather than for HR.
One-on-One Debrief
A 60–90 minute session with a certified PPI consultant to walk through results, answer questions, and develop key insights.
Development Summary
A written summary of key themes and recommended development priorities, provided after the debrief session.
