This product details the implications of your personality and motivational profiles when you apply yourself to a leadership role. The results are sufficiently detailed and nuanced (see sample above), that this product is available only with the support of a Hogan Certified coach. Your coach will help you 1) understand and interpret your results accurately, 2) review your current circumstances and aspirations, 3) highlight the insights from the report that are most directly related to your current situation and aspirations, and 4) help you prepare a development plan so you can achieve desired results.

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best. The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain.
