Who provides interpretation support?
All consultations are conducted by PPI's staff of credentialed I/O psychologists — the same team that delivers our certification workshops.
Is this available to all PPI clients?
Yes. Continued interpretation support is included for clients who have attended a Hogan Certification workshop through PPI. It's one of the core benefits of certifying through us rather than directly through Hogan.
How quickly can I get a consultation?
For most questions we can respond same-day or next business day. For longer profile reviews or prep sessions, we typically schedule within 2–3 business days.
What should I send in advance?
For profile consultations, share the relevant Hogan reports and a brief description of the context — role, purpose of the assessment, anything unusual you're seeing. The more context we have, the more useful the session.
