After your payment is made: Click the “New Rater Selection Form” link on the payment receipt page to select your raters, the link will also be in your payment receipt which is emailed to you. This rater selection form is required to initiate your 360 survey.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are offered, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if cancelled within 30 days, and with no survey data collected. If any survey data has been collected, or if more than 30 days has elapsed since the project setup date, then no refunds can be offered.
